What is AMPI?

“AMPI is the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals”

Formed in 1956, it now has members in more than 22 cities, plus an international section.

AMPI is affiliated with:

• National Association of Realtors (USA)
• Canadian Real Estate Association FIABCI
• The International Real Estate Federation
• International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA)

AMPI members are dedicated to the highest level of ethics and professionalism. Each year AMPI members must sign a pledge agreeing to operate by the AMPI Code of Ethics.

Mission

To be a private, non governmental organization that gathers professionals within real estate in Mexico under common bylaw and code of ethics and conducts for the integral formation of its associates, dignifying the profession of real estate and protecting the right to private property.

Vision

To be the most important real estate organization in Mexico by creating and promoting a new real estate culture. This based on improving the professional standards of realtors via training and certification of each one of its members and projecting and promoting AMPI both nationally and internationally.

Work Philosophy

To develop a shared vision based on a deep level of trust such that practices can take on a uniform manner based on codes of ethics, jointly aiming to preclude any act that might jeopardize the integrity of the real estate profession.
